It's All Good

Overall we had a great stay. I would say there are a few things that we believe should be addressed. The drier needs to be replaced. It will not turn off when you open the door. We had a carpenter ant issue but, this is Florida so bugs are to be expected. The after hours line was very quick to respond and take care of the issue. We have been to this house 3 times now. We love the location.

We had a wonderful time doing nothing. That's what St George Island is about. Our rental home had everything we needed for our family and grandchildren.

We've stayed at It's All Good four times in 12 months and it's been a wonderful house. Owners continue to update. Love everything about the house. Suncoast is the best - been using them for 15 years!!!!

WONDERFUL

Our family has been very happy renting from Suncoast Vacation Rentals for 25 years in a row. They have always gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated.

We had a great relaxing vacation in April 2022. There is so much about this property and SGI that we love. It has become our home away from home.

It was a wonderful stay. House was fantastic. Weather was good. Loved the screen porch, picnic table, and nice chairs on the decks. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will be staying here again.

This was our second time renting It's All Good for a 4-week period in December. We noticed that there were improvements made to the exterior of the house as well as updates to some of the furniture since our stay a year ago. It is obvious that the owners give attention to the house even while it is rented for most days of the year.The layout works well for family and/or friends, with two bedrooms and one bathroom on each end of the house to allow for space and privacy. The deck is divided by a screened porch which buffers the wind so even when it's cool out, you can still enjoy sitting in the sun on the loungers or chairs provided. The deck is made from a polywood so no worries about splinters in bare feet! There are high chairs on the porch which are perfect for watching for dolphins or pelican performances without the rails in the way. The picnic table is also inside the screened area which made it nice to eat outdoors without bugs flying around. There is a shower at the base of the deck stairs and includes a low spigot for rinsing off the sand before going up. The boardwalk has a few steps on either end; the beach end can be a bit of a high step if the sand is low but it is manageable.The laundry room is right off the dining room, but as long as the door is shut, you don't hear it. The kitchen is stocked with basic items for cooking, and there is a pantry with plenty of room for storage (a plus as some houses we've rented in the past had nowhere to keep food off the counters). The wifi worked well for teleworking and for streaming to our devices. The TV is ROKU-enabled and has an available HDMI slot so you can hook up your gaming system.The location of the house is about a mile from the center of the island, so bikes or a golf cart are handy for getting around. The driveway is a little steep, and there is a bush at the neighbor's that blocks your view when backing out, so it's important to be careful there. Our experience with the Suncoast staff was positive all the way around. Check in was easy; housekeeping had everything clean and ready; we had a package delivered to the office during our stay that they held for us to pick up; and maintenance came out and repaired a screen that blew out one particularly windy night. We have rented with Suncoast for many years now and continue to be satisfied customers.

Suncoast has always been very courteous and helpful each time we have rented through them. This is the 2nd time staying at "It's All Good" and it won't be our last! The weather wasn't the greatest but hey a rainy day at the beach beats a sunny day at home/work. Thank you for providing the corn hole boards! We had a blast playing it while still being able to enjoy the ocean breeze while raining. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while looking out over the ocean. Hoping to return soon!

We have stayed in "It's All Good" for several years during April. It was in need of a refresh, and to our surprise when arriving in April 2021, it had been recently updated: new paint throughout (interior & exterior), new carpet, living room furniture, mattresses, and bathroom fixtures (toilets too). It was VERY NICE and made our stay all the more enjoyable. We have been renting from Suncoast for probably 30 years and have always had great service by friendly people. Highly recommended!!

The view from "It's All Good" is amazing. Love having a screened-in porch right off the great room overlooking the beach. Love two sets of stairs, view from master bedroom and guest bedroom. Loved having the cornhole game. The living room is laid out comfortably -- just amazing all around.

Suncoast is a wonderful company, VERY easy to deal with, very attentive. It's All Good works very well for us, even though the galley kitchen is tough for more than one person at a time.
Because of covid, amenities were sparse - extra plates, serving dishes, decorative pillows, but i hope soon things will be fully stocked again!

I enjoyed the week in January at this rental even though it was cold and overcast several of the days but the sun would peek out some of the time. I enjoyed walking the beach, collecting special shells and driftwood. Some of the time was spent by myself which I cherished and felt completely safe and had family and friends visit some.The home was very clean and comfortable.

We are very pleasantly surprised by this house! It’s not fancy, but extremely comfy and at a great price. Reminds us of several we have rented here over the past 40+ years- small kitchen (but well-stocked with big pantry), no “master bath” like many of the newer (expensive) ones, small but useable. Im guessing that the owners have made many updates (appliances, bedding , furniture). We strongly disagree with reviews that criticize the furniture- it’s a lot nicer than most we’ve stayed in in the past! It has very desirable features like a screened porch and a boardwalk (and blinds that WORK!. This house is now one of our favorites, and we’ve rented about 60 houses here! If you want fancy, this is not for you, but if you’re looking for a traditional, comfortable, affordable rental, we highly recommend It’s All Good!

The pantry closet was plenty spacious to store our food and other items in. We were able to work around the smallness of the kitchen area by taking turns and were happy to have more space for the dining room and living room areas. The 4 bedrooms each have a tv and ceiling fan and plenty of storage space. The screened in porch is a selling feature in that it is fully covered so you can sit out when it's raining if the wind isn't blowing too much. The picnic table made an ideal virtual office space for teleworking on nice days. The deck and boardwalk to the beach are not wood so no worries about splinters in bare feet. The outdoor shower area has a low spigot perfect for rinsing sand off before going into the house. The deck chairs were in good repair and we got use out of them. The bathrooms are small but the showers worked well and had good water pressure. The internet was reliable. And the main tv had a variety of entertainment options for cold winter evenings. The washer and dryer worked well. It is obvious that the owners are continually working to keep the house in good repair; the notes from other guests in the guest book are a testament to the work that's been done over the years. Little touches like labels for the light switches was also much appreciated! They also had a variety of books available to read. The driveway is a little steep but once you've pulled in and out a couple of times, it's a breeze.

The house is in a wonderful location. It has new carpet in the bedrooms and the common areas have tile floors. The big drawback to this house is the furniture. The living room furniture is horrible. The sofa and loveseat are so worn there is absolutely no padding left, and the sofa looks very dirty. There is nowhere to sit that is remotely comfortable. The screened porch needs new furniture as well. The outdoor shower is not usable because there are holes in it. Otherwise the house itself is good. It just needs some work. We love renting from Suncoast. They are a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them.

The view from this house is stunning! The chairs on the deck are great for sunbathing and the screened-in porch was perfect for eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner outside. The furniture and beds were so comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to spend time on the island!

I’m not sure what the other review by Jasper is talking about. The outdoor shower is for rinsing off after the beach, not for showering. My family has been coming to this home for years. This house has everything you would need for a great family vacation and the furniture is amazing because it can comfortably seat everyone in the home. Gorgeous views to look at while relaxing and it’s so close to the beach! We love this house and will definitely continue coming!

We had a great family vacation staying at the It’s All Good! The porch had an amazing view and screened in area to keep bugs away, the boardwalk went right out to the beach and was super close, the house was nice and spacious. Any downfalls which very little in comparison would be the small kitchen which we try not to spend a lot of time there anyway, the beds were not the comfiest but again we try not to spend the whole time sleeping or vacation away, and it could have been cleaner upon arrival. The bathroom Had a bad odor until we finally figured out it was the rug and just took it out. Otherwise we had a great vacation and a great price!

This house offers everything you need to complement a great vacation at the beach while still giving you the feeling of a quiet spot to unwind. The house was very clean and orderly with a layout and setup that keeps it cozy without feeling cramped. The location is a great spot to enjoy the quiet island life while still being close by to the many restaurants and stores nearby, and the island itself is a great place to explore. Perfect place for a calm family trip!

I’ve been coming here year after year since ‘10 and absolutely love what they’ve done with it. Seeing how the owners update the place year after year continues to amaze. It’s All Good will forever have a legacy in my family.
